ServiceNow Developer Salary: Up to £85,000 + Benefits Location: Hybrid (UK - office, client site and home working) Security Requirements: Active SC Clearance and Sole UK Nationality are essential for this role. The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a growing technology team delivering innovative ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a combination of project delivery and platform enhancement, helping to improve business processes, automate workflows and enhance the end-user experience. Working alongside technical specialists and automation teams, you will play a key role in designing, developing and optimising ServiceNow solutions with a particular focus on Virtual Agent and intelligent automation. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules and integrations. Configure and enhance ServiceNow Virtual Agent capabilities. Develop and support workflow automation using RPA technologies. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Optimise platform performance, troubleshoot issues and ensure high availability. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform and development standards.Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience developing and customising the ServiceNow platform. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, scripting and integrations. Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent and/or Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Strong JavaScript development skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams.Essential Requirements Applicants must meet the following criteria: Active SC (Security Check) Clearance. Sole UK National (dual nationality cannot be considered for this position). Eligible to work on secure UK Government programmes.
