Night Warehouse Supervisor – Nuneaton Location: Nuneaton Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour About the Role Thrive Personnel is recruiting a reliable and motivated Night Warehouse Supervisor to join our client’s team in Nuneaton. You will oversee the night shift, ensuring smooth operations, meeting targets, and maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment, while supporting the team with hands-on warehouse tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities * Supervising and leading the night warehouse team to meet operational goals * Planning workloads, delegating tasks, and monitoring team performance * Ensuring all orders are processed accurately and on schedule * Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping * Reporting on shift performance, incidents, and stock discrepancies * Supporting the team with warehouse duties when necessary * Coaching and motivating staff to maintain productivity and efficiency Requirements * Previous warehouse experience is essential * Supervisory or team leader experience preferred * Ability to work night shifts consistently * Physically fit and capable of occasional heavy lifting * Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills * Reliable, proactive, and able to motivate a team
