The successful candidate will work on a diverse and challenging caseload, gaining exposure to high-quality disputes while playing a key role in the team's continued growth.This is a fantastic chance to combine technical excellence with business development, helping to build lasting client relationships and raise the profile of a thriving department.Key responsibilities include:Managing a varied caseload of commercial and civil disputes, including contract, property, and shareholder mattersAdvising clients through all stages of dispute resolution, from negotiation to litigationDrafting pleadings, witness statements, and key legal documents to a high standardRepresenting clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution forumsThe ideal candidate will be confident, commercially aware, and capable of managing matters independently.
