This is an excellent opportunity for a Bench Joiner or Cabinet Maker who enjoys working on bespoke, varied projects from manufacture through to installation, must live in Maidstone. The successful Bench Joiner will work and Create high-end in-frame cabinetry and fitted furniture within a supportive and professional environment. Responsibilities Manufacture bespoke in-frame cabinetry and fitted furniture Assemble high-quality kitchens and joinery products Operate woodworking machinery and CNC-driven routers safely Use manual and powered hand tools to a high standard Read and interpret technical drawings accurately Ensure all work meets quality and finish expectations Work independently and collaboratively within the workshop team Maintain a clean and organised working environment Live in the Maidstone area Skills & Experience Required Previous experience as a Bench Joiner or Cabinet Maker Proven background in bench joinery and cabinetry manufacture Experience producing and installing fitted furniture or kitchens Competent using woodworking machinery and hand tools Ability to read and follow technical drawings Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Full UK driving licence essential Spray finishing experience advantageous Provide 2 x sources of references.
