Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role.*** Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Learning Support Assistants to join one of our specialist education partners from September 2026 on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a unique opportunity to support young people in a hands-on learning environment where education extends far beyond the traditional classroom. Students take part in a range of vocational subjects and practical activities, providing an engaging and rewarding setting for support staff who enjoy a varied role. Whether it's assisting learners in horticulture, animal care, construction, catering, land-based studies, or outdoor learning activities, no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in helping students develop confidence, independence, employability skills, and academic progress. The successful candidate will have a patient, nurturing approach and a genuine passion for supporting young people with additional learning needs. Previous experience as an LSA, Teaching Assistant, Support Worker, or Youth Worker would be advantageous, but not essential.
