We are seeking an experienced Senior Chef de Partie who combines precision, creativity and leadership in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

You will take full ownership of your section, leading the preparation of luxury canapés, bowl food and event menus, while supporting junior team members and maintaining consistently high standards across service.
Your Role

• Lead your section with confidence during a high-volume 7:30am-4:00pm service.
• Prepare, assemble and present premium canapés, fine-dining dishes and event food to exceptional standards.
• Maintain precision and consistency across both small-format and large-scale production.
• Support and mentor junior chefs, ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
