Principal Medical Writer – London | Hybrid Employment Type: Full time, permanent We’re partnering with a growing, independent medical communications agency to find an experienced Principal Medical Writer (PMW) to join their collaborative and entrepreneurial team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across medical affairs, publications, and strategic scientific projects —with the chance to take on broader responsibilities and have real input into the business. As a Principal Medical Writer, you’ll play a key role in leading high-impact scientific communications across a variety of therapy areas. Lead development of high-quality scientific content across med affairs and publications Work closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to deliver strategic projects Ensure scientific accuracy, quality, and compliance across all outputs Contribute ideas and bring a proactive approach to projects and client needs At least 6+ years’ experience in medical writing within an agency environment Strong background in medical affairs, with exposure to publications and/or commercial work High attention to detail and commitment to quality Broad, varied project exposure (beyond a typical defined role) Hybrid working (London-based, 2 days in office)
