We are seeking an Associate Director to lead high profile executive search assignments while helping to grow the practice, develop colleagues and build long term client relationships.

About the role

  • Lead and deliver board and senior executive search assignments
  • Act as a trusted adviser to Chairs, CEOs and trustees
  • Contribute to winning and growing retained work
  • Build and support team development, coaching and practice growth
  • Shape inclusive, high quality search strategies

About you

  • Experienced in executive search or senior appointments
  • Strong client relationship and delivery track record
  • Commercially aware, with the ability to win and retain work
