We're recruiting for an experienced Reception Manager to join a well-established hospitality business in Windsor. A paid day off for your birthday Employee of the month and year awards Employee appreciation events Friends and family accommodation rates across the group Ongoing opportunities for training and development Flexible access to earned salary and financial coaching support The chance to work in a busy and rewarding hotel setting A supportive management team and positive working cultureKey Responsibilities: As part of the senior Front Office team, you will: Lead and maintain exceptional Front Office standards and guest satisfaction Ensure all SOPs are regularly reviewed, updated, and fully implemented Train, coach, and develop the Reception team while maintaining accurate training records Maximise departmental profitability through upselling and effective cost control Manage payroll and departmental expenses in line with business levels Carry out inductions, appraisals, and performance reviews with clear objectives Build strong communication across departments including Housekeeping, Revenue, and Maintenance Undertake Duty Management shifts as requiredWhat we're looking for: The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience within a 4/5-star hotel background Strong operational knowledge across Front Office, Reservations, and Night Audit Experience using Opera Proven leadership and team development skills Excellent presentation and communication skills Strong written English and confident Microsoft Office abilities A motivated and professional approach with the ability to inspire others Experience working within a busy Reception operationIf you're looking for your next step as a Reception Manager in Windsor, this could be the perfect opportunity to progress your hospitality career in a highly regarded property.
