With a strong national presence and an excellent reputation in the rural sector, this is an opportunity to develop your expertise within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.The RoleYou'll join a busy and well-established team advising on a wide range of rural property matters for clients including landowners, estates, farmers and rural businesses.The work is varied and hands-on, offering strong exposure across:Agricultural tenancies and estate managementSales and acquisitions of farmland and rural propertyLand use, diversification and development projectsRenewable energy and evolving rural initiativesYou'll run your own matters while supporting senior colleagues on more complex transactions, gaining exposure to high-quality work early on. There will also be opportunities to get involved in client-facing activity, including networking and sector events, as well as contributing to business development initiatives.Candidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a lawyer looking to build or specialise in a long-term career within rural property.You will:Be a qualified solicitor with experience in real estate or property lawIdeally have exposure to agricultural or rural matters, or a strong interest in developing this specialismBe confident managing your own caseload and meeting deadlinesHave strong drafting and communication skillsBe commercially aware and client-focusedBe keen to get involved in networking and building relationships within the sectorWhy Join?You'll be part of a well-respected national firm with a strong track record in rural work and consistent recognition in the legal directories.
