Customer Service Coordinator - The Role: You will join our fast-growing Road Freight or Ocean Freight export departments, working closely with customers to manage all aspects of their exports. This varied role involves issuing quotes, arranging shipments, managing customs clearance processes and ensuring customers receive their shipments on time. You will build close working relationships with customers, overseas partners and internal teams, making excellent communication skills essential.
