Sustainability and responsible business practices are central to our long-term success.We are seeking a SuccessFactors Product Manager to lead the development and optimisation of our People technology landscape, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors.You'll be responsible for defining and delivering the roadmap for the People product domain, including configuration, optimisation, and ongoing support of SAP SuccessFactors.You will ensure the product roadmap aligns with business priorities, support delivery in line with IT standards, and maintain a high-quality, reliable service. Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & DeliveryDefine and maintain the People product roadmap aligned to OKRs and business outcomesPrioritise initiatives based on performance data, user feedback, and business needsTranslate roadmap into deliverable projects and enhancementsManage the delivery of SuccessFactors initiatives end-to-endLeadership & Stakeholder EngagementCommunicate product vision and strategy clearly across teamsBuild strong relationships with business and IT stakeholdersLead stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment and effective collaborationConfiguration & OptimisationOversee system configuration and ongoing optimisation of SuccessFactorsEnsure alignment with business processes, regulatory requirements, and security standardsIdentify opportunities for improvements through data-driven analysisVendor & Project ManagementManage relationships with SAP and external configuration partnersSupport commercial and strategic vendor engagementOversee a portfolio of product initiatives and projectsTeam LeadershipLead and develop a team of configuration or functional specialistsSupport professional development and capability buildingSet performance objectives and ensure accountabilityEssential3+ years' experience in product ownership/management within HR/People domainExperience delivering SAP SuccessFactors products or projects3+ years' experience managing teams or specialistsStrong understanding of implementation lifecycles, change management, and support processesExcellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsRelevant Product Owner/Manager certificationDesirableSAP SuccessFactors certificationsExperience with integrations across enterprise systemsExperience in complex global organisationsAdditional language skillsInterest in hospitality, travel, retail, or related industriesWhy Join Us?
