Nightshift Store Leader - Overnight Ops & People Manager

Sainsbury's is seeking a Nightshift Lead Manager to oversee overnight operations in our Livingston store. You will guide a small team of managers, ensuring replenishment readiness for customers at opening, and maintain high standards across safety, service and performance.

Experience leading large teams in fast-paced retail, plus a proven ability to analyse KPIs and drive improvements, is essential. The role includes a £4,500 night-shift premium on top of base salary and a full-time schedule.
