Finance Assistant - Sales Ledger
Central Norwich
9-5 pm Monday-Friday

The role:
Prepare, issue, and email sales invoices across the group
Send monthly statements and carry out credit control, including phone and written follow‑ups
Ensure payments are received within agreed terms and resolve customer queries
Download and input income transactions across various platforms
Process monthly sales
Maintain petty cash
Produce invoice payment receipt forms
Keep financial process documentation up to date
Work to the month‑end deadlines
The successful person:
Experience within a similar role
Strong IT skills, including Excel and a working knowledge of cloud-based systems
Excellent attention to detail and strong numeracy
Approachable and a strong team player
