Job Description: Candidate required: Vinyl Floor Layer Job Type: Temporary Start date: Immediate Industry: Construction Trades Location: Bexhill, East Sussex Rate of Pay*: £180-£230 Level of experience, qualifications & related training*: CSCS & Own Tools Duration required: OngoingJob description: Vinyl Floor Layer required for a Industrial project. ITS Building people are looking for an experienced and hardworking Vinyl Floor Layer to assist our client with a project based in Bexhill, East Sussex. Own transport & tools required. Daily responsibilities will include: Preparing subfloors (screeding, smoothing, ply-boarding) to ensure a perfect base. Measuring, cutting, and fitting domestic and commercial sheet vinyl. Installing Luxury Vinyl Tiles (LVT) & Luxury Vinyl Planks (LVP), including complex patterns & borders. Ensuring all welds, seams, & transitions are flawlessly finished. Providing excellent customer service & leaving work sites clean and tidy.Requirements for the role A valid CSCS card, Own tools & transport Previous Vinyl Floor Layer experience References upon request You should have your own high vis jacket or vest, gloves and hard hat. These can be provided by ITS Building People for a small fee.Training/Progression opportunities: · There may be opportunities to acquire additional qualifications with this role on Health and Safety, machinery and traffic management *Rate of Pay · Where a range of rate of pay is quoted the level of experience, qualifications & related training required is the minimum required in order to qualify for the lowest rate of pay quoted.
