Customer Service Advisor

Pertemps are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors for our public sector client in the Murrayburn area of Edinburgh.  Role – Customer Service Advisor  Location – Edinburgh West, EH14 area Hours – Monday – Friday, 0830 – 1700 Pay rate - £14.51 per hour  Duration – 3 months initially with possible extension Start date – as soon as possible  The successful candidates will be joining an established team, carrying out, but not limited to the below: Meeting and greeting customers on arrival  Carrying out ID checks  Checking applications Processing applications Producing documentation  Answering any questions  Any other tasks as required   Key skills required: Excellent customer service skills Strong communication skills Previous administrative experience If you are interested in this role, please apply online immediately
