As Sales Manager, you will receive:

The right person will:

Have a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar role with a prestige brand

Demonstrate drive, ambition and strong leadership skills

Show a high level of commercial awareness with strong motor industry knowledge

Have a proven track record of achieving financial objectives, including budgets, sales, profit and CSI targets

Be able to maximise both volume and profitability while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction

Possess excellent written, analytical and numerical skills

Have a proactive management style aligned with strong corporate values

Be IT literate (experience with Kerridge would be advantageous)
