Warehouse Operative

Warehouse Operative Ripon (driving licence required) | £27,206 per annum rising to £28,246 after 3 months | Paid Weekly | Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm) We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join their busy warehouse team. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth receipt, storage, picking and dispatch of goods, while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy and efficiency. The Role As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include: * Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently * Operating FLT equipment (Counterbalance licence preferred - training can be provided for the right candidate) * Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently * Putting stock away in correct locations * Completing warehouse documentation and paperwork accurately * Supporting stock control and carrying out stock adjustments when required * Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment at all times * Working as part of a team to meet operational targets and customer expectations * Following all health & safety procedures and site rules About You To be successful in this role, you will have: * Previous warehouse experience * A valid FLT Counterbalance licence (preferred, but not essential as training can be provided) * Good understanding of health & safety in a warehouse environment * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Basic numeracy and literacy skills * A reliable and team-focused approach What’s on Offer * Salary of £27,206 per annum, rising to £28,246 after 3 months * Paid weekly * Full-time, permanent position * FLT training and progression opportunities * Supportive and established team environment * Stable long-term opportunity within a reputable business If you are a motivated Warehouse Operative looking for your next opportunity, we would love to hear from you
