About the role

SSE is seeking a Regional Safety, Health and Wellbeing (SHW) Manager based in Scotland, ideally Inverness. The role requires 50% office presence in Scottish locations and oversees SHW guidance across Transmission regions.

You will work with Lead Project Managers to align SHW, CDM and Assurance strategies, promote audits with Contractors, and help develop SHW arrangements in the SHW system. Strong safety qualifications and communication skills are essential.
