Credit Controller
12-Month FTC | Full-time | Hybrid Working
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Credit Controller to join a busy finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Working within a large and established business, you will support the Credit Control function to ensure customer accounts are managed effectively and payments are collected within agreed terms.
Duties will include:
Managing a portfolio of customer accounts
Chasing outstanding payments by phone and email
Investigating and resolving invoice queries
Reconciling customer accounts
Issuing statements and reminder letters
Negotiating payment plans where required
Producing reports for management
Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties and projects
Experience required:
Previous experience within Credit Control, Sales Ledger or Accounts
Strong communication and organisational skills
Good attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Confident using Excel and Microsoft Office
