A leading UK financial services business is looking for a Principal Front-End Engineer to support the evolution of its digital platforms and customer experience.

The Role

This is a senior engineering role focused on leading front-end development, influencing technical direction, and helping deliver scalable, high-performing digital products.

You’ll work closely with engineering and product teams to design modern solutions, improve development standards, and support the delivery of complex technical change.

Skills & Experience

• Strong React and TypeScript experience
• Background building modern web applications
• Understanding of cloud-based and scalable architectures
• Experience within complex or regulated environments
• Knowledge of modern development practices and CI/CD
• Strong communication and technical leadership skills
• Experience within financial services or fintech would be beneficial.
