The Role:
* Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
* Support pupils with ASC, SEMH and additional learning needs across the primary age range
* Create a calm, positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Lead and work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and support staff
* Build strong relationships with families, therapists and external professionals
* Monitor pupil progress and support both academic and emotional development
The Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS)
* Experience teaching within Primary or SEN settings
* Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
* Patient, resilient and adaptable approach
* Passion for inclusive education and supporting additional needs
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
