Business Analyst Assessor / Trainer

KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability Sectors Job Title: Business Analyst Assessor / Trainer Location: Remote, with minimal travel required Type: Full Time, Permanent Duties: To deliver engaging workshops / masterclasses to cohorts of learners working towards Business Analyst Apprenticeships (Level 4) via a blended learning approach (face-to-face and remote). Record professional discussions on specific units / topics based on knowledge, independent research and reflective accounts. Conduct assessments of learner knowledge, skills and behaviours against the Apprenticeship Standard. Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted. Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress. Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs. Work to learner review and completion timescales.Essential Criteria; Experience of coaching and delivering Apprenticeships Standards in Data Technician Levels 3 and Business Analyst Level 4 – similar. Must hold solid, occupational experience as a Business Analyst. Ideally hold a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA) and/or Level 3 Teaching qualification (PTLLS/AET or above). Hold own Maths and English GCSEs or Level 2 equivalents, and IT Functional Skills at Level 2 (minimum) or equivalent digital literacy. Experience of supporting learners both face-to-face and remote.
