Business Development Support Assistant 3 months Temp Location: Gosforth 13.51 PAYE 37 hours per week The Role We are looking for a Business Development Support Assistant to join the Furniture Service team on a fixed-term basis. Working within a small, busy team, you will provide administrative and customer support to help deliver an essential furniture service to customers. Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Support Assistant: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Business Development team. Process customer orders and maintain accurate records using internal systems and Microsoft Office. Contact customers regarding furniture deliveries, replacements, collections, and other service-related matters Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to coordinate service delivery. Support compliance, reporting, invoicing, and asset management activities. Assist in resolving customer enquiries and providing excellent customer service.The successful Business Development Support Assistant will have: Previous administration or business support experience. Confident communicating with customers by phone and email. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
