This client-facing role requires building strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing the full customer lifecycle from requirements gathering through to solution delivery, while proactively identifying new opportunities to expand our footprint within existing customer organisations.\ NResponsibilities Include:\ NAccount Management & Business Development\ N\nManage and develop relationships with a portfolio of key enterprise accounts\ NServe as the primarypoint of contact for customers' day-to-day technology requirements and queries\ NDevelop new pipelineof opportunities across the portfolio of propositions\ NProactively identifyand pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities across our product portfolio (hardware, software, AV solutions, managed services, cloud)\ NConduct face-to-faceclient meetings to understand business needs, strengthen relationships, and present relevant solutions\ NBuild trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders within customer organisations\ NMonitor customer satisfaction and address concerns to ensure long-term retention and account growth\ NMaintain comprehensive understanding of customer business operations, technology infrastructure, and strategic objectives\ NIdentify triggers for additional business (technology refreshes, expansion plans, new projects)\ NWork collaborativelywith the business technical team on larger strategic deals and new business opportunities\ N\nSolution Development & Technical Consultation\ N\nAssess customer requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions from our portfolio\ NMaintain current knowledge of IT trends, including cloud technologies, AV solutions, end-user computing, and managed services\ NArticulate technicalconcepts and solution benefits to customers in a clear, business-focused manner\ NCollaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop tailored solutions\ N\nSales Support & Account Coordination\ N\nPrepare accurate quotations and proposals for customer requirements\ NManage deal registration processes with vendor partners\ NCoordinate project delivery with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction\ N\nStakeholder Collaboration\ N\nSupport business in pursuing larger opportunities and strategic initiatives\ NLiaise with internaldepartments (technical, projects, finance) to deliver excellent customer outcomes\ NCommunicate customerfeedback to relevant teams to drive service improvements\ NRepresent the company professionally in all customer interactions\ N\nRequired Skills andProfessional Experience:\ NExperience & Skills\ N\nProven experience in account management, business development, or sales within the IT industry or technology sector\ NDemonstrated abilityto build and maintain professional client relationships\ NStrong commercial awareness with ability to identify revenue opportunities\ NExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in face-to-face client meetings\ NAbility to understand customer business needs and translate them into appropriate technology solutions\ NStrong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities\ NProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems\ N\nTechnical Knowledge\ N\nGood understanding of IT solutions including hardware, software, cloud technologies, and AV systems\ NAbility to stay current with technology trends and developments\ NCapability to discuss technical concepts with customers in accessible language\ N\nPersonal Attributes\ N\nSelf-motivatedwith strong customer service orientation\ NProfessional demeanour suitable for enterprise-level client engagement\ NProblem-solving mindset with attention to detail\ NTeam player who collaborates effectively across departments\ NCommitment to continuous learning in a fast-paced technology environment\ N\nYour future at PresidioJoining Presidio means stepping into a culture of trailblazers - thinkers, builders, and collaborators - who push the boundaries of what's possible.
