This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, expanding team acting for high profile public and private sector clients.The RoleDue to significant new client wins, the firm is seeking a senior litigator to join its market leading Insurance team. You will:Manage a caseload of high value, multi track personal injury and property damage claimsDefend claims for insurers, local authorities and public sector bodiesHandle complex liability issues and coverage disputesWork closely with partner leads and colleagues across the national office networkSupervise and support junior lawyers within the teamManage your own matters with autonomy while delegating effectivelyContribute to the continued growth and development of the departmentThis is a key opportunity to join a nationally recognised litigation team acting for clients delivering essential public services.Candidate RequirementsEssentialStrong experience handling high value personal injury and property damage claimsExperience acting for insurers and/or public sector clientsAbility to manage complex caseloads independentlyExperience supervising or mentoring junior colleaguesExcellent client management skills with a commercial, pragmatic approachCollaborative mindset with enthusiasm for business developmentDesirableExperience handling disease claimsPrior involvement in coverage disputesInterest in contributing to wider departmental initiativesFirm CultureColleagues consistently describe the firm as supportive, collaborative and people focused.
