Commercial Lawyer – Thames Valley

A well-established and growing regional law firm in Thames Valley is seeking a Commercial Lawyer (3–5 years’ PQE) to join its expanding commercial team.The successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic team advising a broad client base, including start-ups, entrepreneurs, charities, SMEs, privately owned businesses and UK subsidiaries of international organisations.The role will involve a wide variety of commercial matters, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and advising on related business issues. Responsibilities will also include preparing tailored agreements and licences, advising on intellectual property, technology and data protection issues, and providing support on corporate matters where required.
