An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef to join a newly opened modern fine dining restaurant in SE1 . This is a fantastic opportunity to work with premium ingredients in a quality-driven environment focused on exceptional food, refined presentation, and outstanding guest experience.
The restaurant offers a contemporary approach to Indian cuisine, however previous Indian cuisine experience is not required . We are keen to speak with strong chefs from fine dining, Michelin-starred, or quality-led restaurant backgrounds who are passionate about great food and eager to learn.
What's on Offer: £50,000£55,000 , depending on experience

What We're Looking For: Previous experience as a Sous Chef, Senior Sous Chef, or strong Junior Sous Chef
Background within fine dining, Michelin-starred, or premium restaurant environments
Strong leadership skills and experience supporting kitchen operations
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards
Passion for mentoring and developing junior chefs
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Indian cuisine experience is not essential
Right to work in the UK required
