You’ll work at the intersection of data, technology, and trading expertise, partnering closely with agencies and brands to optimise campaigns, unlock growth, and turn performance insights into real impact across the PubMatic platform.What you’ll focus onEnd‑to‑end post‑sale campaign management: deal approval, activation, optimisation, and renewalDeal setup, campaign launches, pacing, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimisationPerformance analysis and data‑driven recommendations to drive KPIs and revenueWeekly/monthly reporting, QBRs, and inventory performance analysisHands‑on DSP trading and optimisation across DV360, TTD, Amazon DSP, or similarCross‑functional execution with Sales, Strategy, Addressability, Activate Trading, and Deal DeskSPO support, proposal development, and performance trackingProcess improvements, documentation, and operational best practicesWe’d love you to haveExperience in Programmatic Trading, Client Services, or Account Management within AdTech (typically around 5 years)Hands‑on experience with major DSPs (DV360, TTD, Amazon DSP, or similar)Strong understanding of programmatic buying/selling, pricing models, and optimisation strategiesAdvanced Excel skills and confidence analysing campaign performance dataExperience with Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI (preferred)Fluency in English; additional European language a plusWhy choose PubMatic? Recognized as a ‘Great Place to Work’ 10 years running, we prioritize empowering you by fostering diversity, and creating a high-trust, high-performance culture in a fun and collaborative environment with excellent benefits.PubMatic’s UK benefits are designed to support your health, wellbeing, and life beyond work. New hires and current team members are typically compensated toward the middle of our pay range.The actual amount may vary, based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
