About the role

Salary: £26.66 per hour(depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on HGVs.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.
Prepare vehicles for MOT testing and carry out any necessary remedial work.
Attend to breakdowns and perform efficient repairs to return vehicles to service as quickly as possible.
Conduct safety inspections and ensure all work meets DVSA standards.
Complete job cards and maintenance records accurately.
Work efficiently to minimise vehicle downtime.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.
Follow all company health and safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as an HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic, or Commercial Vehicle Technician.
