Secondary Teacher - Alternative Provision Setting

The Role
As a Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging lessons that meet individual learning needs
Support students who may have experienced challenges within mainstream education
Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
Build strong relationships with students, staff, and families
Promote positive behaviour and encourage student engagement
Work collaboratively with support staff and external professionals to achieve the best outcomes for pupils
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
A flexible and resilient approach to teaching
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
The right to work in the UKExperience working within Alternative Provision, PRUs, SEMH settings, or with students who have additional needs would be highly desirable.
