Sustainability Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Sustainability Manager to drive real environmental impact, influence project strategy from concept to completion, and play a key role in delivering innovative, low-carbon solutions. What You'll Be Doing: Lead Sustainability Delivery – Drive sustainability performance across multiple high-profile construction projects from pre-construction through to completion. Champion Carbon Reduction – Manage carbon strategies, whole-life carbon assessments and identify innovative opportunities to reduce environmental impact. Deliver Industry Certifications – Lead the successful delivery of BREEAM, WELL, LEED and other sustainability certification requirements. Influence & Collaborate – Work closely with clients, project teams, supply chain partners and senior stakeholders to embed sustainability into every stage of delivery. Drive Innovation – Champion new ideas, continuous improvement and best practice while supporting ambitious Net Zero and ESG objectives. Who They're Looking For: Sustainability Expert – Well-developed technical knowledge across carbon management, sustainability strategy and green building certifications. Project Leader – Proven experience managing sustainability initiatives across multiple construction projects simultaneously. Excellent Communicator – Confident engaging with clients, site teams and senior leadership, translating complex sustainability requirements into practical action. Forward Thinker – Passionate about innovation, continuous improvement and finding smarter, lower-carbon ways of delivering projects. Collaborative Professional – A proactive team player with a relevant degree, excellent stakeholder management skills and a genuine passion for making a lasting impact.
