Repairs Administrator
role in Lancashire offers the chance to join a busy maintenance team, providing essential support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This
3-month contract
offers the opportunity to join a fast-paced team where you'll play a key role in supporting responsive repairs and planning services.
In this Repairs Administrator position, you will be: Updating and maintaining system records accurately Carrying out data entry and processing information Updating and managing spreadsheets and databases Producing correspondence and documentation as required Supporting the Head of Responsive Repairs with daily operational tasks Ensuring records are maintained in line with company procedures Assisting with general office administration and team support
I'd love to speak to someone who has: Previous administration experience within a social housing environment Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail The ability to multitask and prioritise a varied workload Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages Strong communication skills, both written and verbal A reliable and proactive approach to work This opportunity offers an assignment rate of
£17 per hour
Travel and Location This role is based in Lancashire, in a location that benefits from excellent transport links across the region. There is easy access to the M55 and connections to the wider motorway network, as well as rail, bus and tram options.
