About Us: Billington Structures is one of the UK’s leading structural steelwork specialists designing, manufacturing and constructing a wide portfolio of projects to a variety of clients, established for over 75 years with a professional and dynamic team. About the role: We are looking to recruit experienced Fabricator Welders, ideally with prior experience of Structural Steel. You will be responsible for: * Cutting * Assembling and welding steel components used in the construction of buildings, bridges, industrial plants and other structures * Transform raw steel materials into accurate, high quality structural elements that meet engineering drawings specifications and standards. We have opportunities at both our Barnsley sites, Wombwell – S73 8DS and Shafton – S72 8DS Skills and Knowledge: * Previous experience in steel fabrication. * Ability to read and understand engineering drawings. * Proficiency in welding and metalworking processes. * Good physical fitness and ability to handle materials. * Trade qualification in fabrication/welding (preferred but not essential).
