About the role
The Ministry of Justice is looking for a trainee legal adviser to support HM Courts and Tribunals Service in England and Wales. You will be the professional face of the courts, offering impartial legal advice to magistrates and contributing to the preparation of judgments.
Training lasts two years with mentorship and opportunities to progress within HMCTS after qualification. You’ll work in an office/court base, handling a range of cases and developing core legal skills daily.
