About The Role:We are seeking an experienced and highly credible Regional Performance & Assurance Manager to provide strategic technical and operational leadership across a portfolio of Facilities Management contracts throughout the South of England.This is a senior regional role that sits at the intersection of technical assurance, operational excellence, client engagement, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to operational teams and clients, providing expert support across all areas of Hard and Soft FM service delivery while ensuring consistency, compliance, and best practice across multiple accounts.The role requires a highly versatile individual who combines strong technical and FM expertise with commercial awareness, leadership capability, and a passion for driving performance. You will work across a diverse portfolio of clients, supporting contract teams with technical reviews, critical escalations, supplier governance, operational improvement programmes, and complex problem-solving challenges.This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, can quickly assess issues and opportunities, build confidence with clients, and provide practical solutions that improve service delivery and operational outcomes.Regional Technical & FM LeadershipAct as the senior technical and operational lead across multiple FM contracts and client portfolios.Provide leadership, guidance and technical support to operational teams and managers.Drive consistency, best practice and high-quality FM service delivery across the region.Client Support & Confidence BuildingBuild trusted relationships with clients, providing technical advice and operational support.Support client reviews, governance meetings and service improvement initiatives.Help drive customer satisfaction, contract retention and business growth.Escalation & Problem SolvingAct as the regional escalation point for complex technical and operational issues.Lead investigations, identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.Support contract mobilisations, critical incidents and business continuity activities.Operational Excellence & Continuous ImprovementEnsure compliance with company processes, contractual obligations and governance standards.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service delivery and operational performance.Champion continuous improvement and best practice across the region.Technical Assurance & ComplianceProvide technical assurance to ensure statutory, regulatory and contractual compliance.Support compliance audits, risk management and improvement plans.Monitor technical performance and proactively manage operational risks.Supplier & Contractor ManagementOversee subcontractor performance, ensuring quality, compliance and safety standards are met.Support supplier governance, technical reviews and continuous improvement.Commercial & Technical ReviewReview technical proposals, quotations and lifecycle recommendations.Support commercial decision-making by providing technical advice and challenging costs where appropriate.Capability DevelopmentCoach and mentor operational teams to develop technical capability and confidence.Share best practice and promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.About The Company:OCSUK & Ireland is a leading facilities management company with 50,000+colleagues and a turnover in excess of 2bn.
