Position: 3PL Operations Account Manager
Location: Manchester, M22 area
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 + Bonus & Dividend Incentives
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30-17:00
Are you a hands‑on logistics professional who thrives on customer service, teamwork and operational variety? We are supporting an, employee‑owned Contract Logistics & 3PL business in Manchester that is looking for a customer‑focused 3PL Operations Account Manager to join their close‑knit team.

What You'll Do
Be the main point of contact for a set portfolio of 3PL client accounts
Manage stock control, daily order fulfilment, and client operations
Ensure SOPs and service expectations are met consistently
Support commercial performance through upselling and client development
Prepare accurate billing and monitor account activity
Lead client onboarding with operations support
Conduct regular client reviews and relationship building
Highlight process improvements and collaborate on solutionsAbout You
