A leading national law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its growing disputes team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with an experienced Partner while handling a broad range of commercial disputes for a varied client base. The role offers genuine responsibility, strong client contact and clear opportunities for career progression.

The work will include contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, debt recovery, professional negligence claims and construction dispute matters. You will manage your own caseload while supporting senior colleagues on larger and more complex cases.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with commercial litigation experience, strong technical skills and a practical, commercial approach to advising clients. You should be confident managing client relationships and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
