We’re working with an innovative financial services organisation investing heavily in the next generation of banking and digital products - and they’re looking for Product Managers to help shape the future. This is an opportunity to own squad-level product delivery and optimisation, working across high-impact areas including: 💳 Cards 💸 Payments 🏦 Core Banking 📈 Lending & Liquidity 📊 Data & Digital Platforms What you’ll be doing: ✅ Owning and prioritising a product backlog and delivery roadmap ✅ Translating strategy into clear product outcomes and priorities ✅ Working closely with Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Risk & Compliance ✅ Balancing customer value, business impact, technical feasibility and regulatory requirements ✅ Defining success metrics and using data to continuously improve products and customer journeys ✅ Managing dependencies and driving delivery momentum across squads I'd love to speak with people who have: ✔ 8 + years of Product Manager / Product Owner experience in digital or technology-led environments ✔ Experience working closely with engineering teams and Agile delivery models ✔ Strong stakeholder management and decision-making capability ✔ Experience balancing competing priorities in regulated or complex organisations ✔ Financial Services or regulated industry experience (highly desirable) ✔ Understanding of APIs, digital platforms and system integrations This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business undergoing significant digital transformation, where Product plays a central role in driving innovation and customer value
