About the role
PwC UK in Edinburgh is seeking an Early Careers HR partner to manage a portfolio of people-related cases. You will analyse data to inform business decisions and workforce planning, and monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs.
You’ll own and optimise People Function processes, embedding best practices and leveraging technology to improve efficiency and employee experience. The role focuses on supporting Early Careers, including school leavers and graduates, across their journey with PwC.
