Vehicle Technician (level 2 or 3 NVQ) Cribbs Causeway, Bristol Reactive Recruitment have been working for a highly reputable and leading name within the automotive industry for many years. Due to continued success, they now seek experienced Vehicle Technicians to work from their Cribbs Causeway site. Vehicle Technician Package & rewards: Total annual earnings up to £41,000pa including £6,000 bonus Plus additional overtime at x1.5 Monday to Friday (Apply online only) with 1 in 3 Saturdays Full Manufacturer Training & Development 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (with loyalty increases) Company Pension Scheme Cycle to Work Scheme & Car Purchase Discounts Health & Wellbeing Support, including free eye tests and flu vouchers Mental Health Support via Menable, a wellbeing service for the automotive industry Event Perks, access to tickets including regional sports teams Vehicle Technician duties: Carrying out maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a range of vehicles Diagnosing and resolving faults, in the workshop and on the road Using up-to-date tools and systems to achieve first-time fixes Working to brand and safety standards at all times Maximising productivity through efficient use of workshop systems Taking part in ongoing technical and brand-specific training Experience required: Full UK manual driving licence (max 6 points) essential Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds or NVQ in Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair essential Main dealership experience is strongly preferred but not essential Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset We look forward to receiving your application.
