You'll teach across undergraduate and postgraduate provision, drive curriculum innovation and employability initiatives, and build lasting links with professional bodies and employers. Expect to organise guest lectures, practitioner workshops and industry projects, contribute scholarship connected to your professional practice, and support colleagues' development within a collegial department.About YouYou're an experienced business professional with a strong background in learning and development and/or HRM. You hold a PhD in Business/Management or equivalent professional experience, plus HE teaching accreditation (or willingness to work towards it). You bring current, national-level standing in your field, a network you can draw on for students' benefit, and a proven ability to design and deliver high-quality teaching, including in HRM. You communicate complex ideas clearly and have a track record of mentoring others.About the School/Department/Institute/ProjectSBM is one of the largest schools in QMUL's Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, known for research-informed, practice-relevant education across a diverse student community.
