Quest Employment are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Production Manager to lead a glass manufactury floor operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who can drive performance, implement high standards, and help elevate our production capabilities.Experience within the glass manufacturing industry would be recommended although we are also keen to speak with anyone who has a proven track record in production management within other manufacturing environments.Salary: £34,000 - £37,500 Depending on ExperienceKey Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and organise daily production schedules to meet operational targets.Implement, monitor, and maintain quality assurance standards across all production activities.Lead, supervise, and develop production teams, allocating responsibilities effectively.Identify production risks, troubleshoot issues, and resolve bottlenecks to maintain efficiency.Work closely with office, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.Prepare daily production reports and provide regular progress updates to senior management.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.Promote a positive, accountable, and high-performing culture across the factory floor.Skills & Experience Proven experience in a Production Manager or similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment.Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.Strong organisational and time-management skills.Ability to adapt quickly to changing production demands and business priorities.Demonstrated success in team development, training, and performance management.
