As a member of the Inclusive Communities & Resources Team, the post holder will develop and manage the DEA Outreach Programme, driving continuous service improvement and ensuring effective delivery.
The role involves managing and motivating staff to provide a needs-led service that achieves effective outcomes at local level, while overseeing outreach programmes for community and voluntary organisations in line with relevant legislation, regulations, and internal and external procedures.
