Service and Maintenance Administrator

Our client, a well-established and independent maintenance and installation company based in Bognor Regis, is looking for a Service & Maintenance Administrator to join their busy Service Department. Operating nationally and internationally, the company has built a strong reputation for quality, reliability and excellent customer service. This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day coordination of the service operation. Working closely with engineers, customers and internal teams, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance, remedial works and reactive call-outs, while ensuring customers are kept informed and jobs are administered accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Planning and scheduling maintenance, remedial works and call-outs Coordinating engineers and organising workloads Arranging customer visits and managing correspondence Preparing quotations for remedial works Dealing with straightforward technical queries Processing invoices and checking job information Managing engineer paperwork and certification Administering Service Contracts and signalling Updating customer portals and internal systems Maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service The Successful Candidate Will Have Previous experience in service administration, scheduling, bookings or coordination Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Good IT and numeracy skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure A flexible, adaptable and proactive approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience within a maintenance, engineering or installation environment would be advantageous Basic knowledge of fire alarms or security systems would be useful but is not essential, as training will be provided Elite Staffing Solutions are acting as the Employment Agency on this vacancy
