The Role Full planning, preparation, and delivery of engaging KS2 lessons. Assessing, monitoring, and reporting on pupil progress. Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. Managing classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies. Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leadership. The Ideal Candidate ✔ Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). ✔ Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2. ✔ Demonstrates strong classroom management skills. ✔ Is passionate about raising attainment and inspiring pupils. ✔ Has excellent communication and organisational abilities.
