About the role
We are recruiting for a Senior Associate to join our successful, national Property Litigation team. This is a full-time position, based in Manchester, Bristol or Birmingham on a hybrid working basis.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious property litigator to develop their career as a senior member of our Chambers UK and Legal 500 ranked real estate litigation team.Your RoleAs a key addition to the team, you will be expected to deliver the following:Manage your own caseload of property litigation mattersProvide an excellent service for clients across all of our key sectors, including public sector clients, local authority and government departmentsSupervise the work being undertaken by more junior team members Collaborate with the Partners in the team to look after our relationship with our key clients on a national basis and participate in business development initiativesWork with the team on a regional and national basis, to achieve key goals for the property litigation team and the firm.Your Skills & ExperienceYou will be/have:A Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered) 4+ year's PQE with experience handling property litigation matters with minimal supervision. Experience of acting for clients in the public sector or telecoms would be an advantage but not essentialA creative, forward thinker, with proven analytical, communication and organisational skills, you will be self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlinesA client focused approach with the ability to nurture long standing relationshipsProven experience of supervising and/or managing junior team membersThe drive and ambition to succeed as a key senior component of the team at TLT, with the commitment to developing the firm’s offering locally and nationally and sharing our people focused valuesYour TeamWe are one of the UK's largest real estate groups, with a team of over 180, advising on thousands of transactions across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland each year.
