Temporary AP Clerk

A well-established client of ours is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on a 3-month temporary contract. This is a great opportunity for someone with some previous finance experience who is looking to develop their skills within a supportive finance team.

Responsibilities

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for...

• Preparing and processing supplier invoices
• Assisting with payment runs
• Managing the AP inbox and dealing with supplier queries
• Supporting the wider AP function
• Ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will need...

• 6 months plus of previous finance experience
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
