(We cannot sponsor or support VISA applicants). About the Role: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join a highly automated warehouse operation in Northampton. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and improving a fast-paced materials handling environment, ensuring equipment operates efficiently and downtime is kept to a minimum. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on automated materials handling equipment * Diagnose, troubleshoot and rectify faults, while identifying and implementing long-term solutions to prevent reoccurrence * Accurately record all maintenance activities in line with agreed processes and procedures * Build strong working relationships with the customer, supporting day-to-day operational activities * Investigate equipment issues, identify root causes and work proactively with the operations team to minimise disruption * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute ideas to enhance system performance and reliability * Communicate effectively with colleagues an...
