A leading UK contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a £16 million residential development in Tulse Hill, South London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven Quantity Surveyor to take a key role on a significant project, working alongside an experienced project and commercial team from pre-construction through to completion.

The Role

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial performance of the project, ensuring costs are controlled, risks are managed and commercial opportunities are maximised.

Your responsibilities will include:
